It seems that I have upset some people with a recent thread that turned a bit graphic as it went along. I also got a message from someone telling me to "quit bitchen". Here is your chance, calling all bipolars, bash me as much as you want, do it publically, get it out of your system!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. If you don't know this person, why do you care to reply in this manner? I think that, REALLY, she's looking for support and a few have reacted negatively, unfortunately. Why not be supportive rather than sounding rude?
I don't see how by having the public visciously attach her is healthy or even rational?
I was just trying to make some alternative suggestions...how do you know that having people bash her will bake her feel better? Would it make you feel better.
Personally I think wake needs more help than the people on DS can offer.
This is the second time she has asked to be emotionally bashed.
