hey did anyone see the episode of oprah that was on not too long ago about bipolar disorder? it absolutely sucked so bad and made me so angry that i actually broke down and wrote her a letter in reply.... and i don't even like oprah! the way they "showcased" bpd was so outlandish... talk about giving bp a bad name....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Honestly I think that is what we need to do is to get out and educate KIDs or even just HS studtents.
I think it takes a grass roots approach to teach.
UNTIL WE do this WE can expect Oprah to do what she does.
