IMHO - I would see this as MORE of a reason to come out as it shows you aren't a fraud.

She posted pictures smiling and doing fun activities which lead her insurance company to believe she was not depressed. It had nothing to do with her coming out as depressed.

I don't see any reason to identify myself as BP in any venue. To me it's nobody's business but my own.

I hate the stigma of mental illness and refuse to be seen or treated any differently than a person who has any other type of disease. It's not something to be ashamed of, and the ignorant must be taught....

I tell if I'm asked.
eg, was filling out uni application for diploma in agriculture and it asked if I suffered any of the following conditions.... fuck me. Mental Ilness was listed....so I ticked it.
