I've been trying different meds for the past five years. I'm now on lithium, paxil and serequel. This combo works better for me than anything else ever has. My mood swings are nearly non-existant, but I'm still dealing with a great deal of depression. Is there anyone who could suggest a good antidepressant? I've tried prozac and wellbutrin, but they don't help. I need help please.

I don't feel well. Like--physically. Ive been dealing with nearly constant nausea for the last...month (I think?).I know my transplant medications can cause nausea, but its never been this bad before. The other day I had toast for breakfast, thinking that wouldn't upset my stomach and was still naseous afterwards. Ive been trying to ignore it, or deal with it with gum or mints. But that isn't...
I do wish you good luck though. For me, I had to insist on answers and info from my pdoc and go to therapy regularly before I could begin a long stretch of stability. It's not easy, but it's worth the effort. Best wishes.
Cymbalta is the best anti-depr. drug. (4 me anyway)
Goodluck in finding the right depression med for you :-)

This talks about an alternative approach but why not incorporate the 6 steps along with your meds?
