I can't get a flu shot so I kind of go into OCD and have anxiety about germs. At this point, I'm considering wearing a mask if feel symptoms. Currently, I avoid Any surfaces like grocery carts, door handles, facilities in stores/resturants..pretty much general public areas...I use my sleeve to open doors, use wiped on carts in stores, and keep baby wipes in my car to keep hands clean, and steering wheel clean.
Just wondering what you do to keep healthy in this season. Ya, I might be weird, but weird for me is healhier in the long run. In addition drinking fluids, good sleep and foods.
I don’t feel real. Nothing feels real or alive. I just don’t even know what to do for myself anymore. I feel like I can’t survive this I feel like it won’t get better.
