i'm back on a mood stabilization drug that has turned me into a mush head, who wants to go back to drinking and smoking and eating crap. should I binge on ice cream sandwiches and go workout for two hours or should I choke someone?

Novane? Never heard of it. Is it new? Instead of choking someone try mixed martial arts or krav maga.

Ok, I read up on it Thioxi..something. Yes antipsychotics can do that to you. See if u can get switched to something else like Abilify, I take it with no ill side effects or mush headedness.

just go work out. it will release serotonin which is a happy chemical in your brain.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
