Hi, I'm Sue and was just diagnosed as BP II last Friday. Since my mom is BP I it doesn't really surprise me, but since I thought that my problem was anxiety and depression, and I have been being helped for that for 3 years I guess I wasn't really ready for the diagnosis.
I'm trying to cut back on Sertraline and Cymbalta and get on Seroquel. I'm really hating the side effects of withdrawal, has anyone else had the same problem and is there anything I can do to alleviate this? I was on 200mg of sertraline and over the weekend they cut it down to 50mg. The Cymbalta has gone from 60mg to 30mg. I'm having tremors, numbness and tingling in my lips and mouth, and dizziness. I go to see my PCP tomorrow and have a first visit with a therapist; hopefully the pDoc will not be too far behind.
Thanks in advance for any advice.....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Sorry, I have no advice on the withdrawal except to say that it will be over with soon.
