For those that know me, i was almost not here anymore to even post this. But, i have survived a very adept suicide attempt. Now. i am on Lithium and i am feeling really weird.
Can anyone else share with me how Lithium changed them when they first started taking it?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I haev been on it for over 3 years and it is the greatest thing that has vern happened to me.
I know it was difficult back then.Those side effects are strange.It is brain chemistry though.It's in the atoms of yr head.Working on slowing the flow of blood.
I's a helluva trip, though.
It takes several weeks for the drug to start working correctly in your system. But you will feel immediate relief.
