I have to go to my first BP group meeting this evening and feeling very nervous about it. I don't know why, maybe it's because I really then have to admit that I have BP. I have been denying it but I now see that I do. I was diagnosed back in 1992 but didn't use meds for a long time and now I have to be on meds all the time. Anyways, I always get nervous when I haven't done something before or meet new people. I have isolated enough I think, only have one friend and I am on disability so I don't get to socialize at work either. Guess I just needed to say this outloud and not keep it inside.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
