Prednisone has messed up my sleeping schedule which is no surprise.
My problem is that I sleep during the day and I'm up all night long. This is not really an ideal thing for me and I would like to have some ideas on how to correct my sleep into a night time event rather than a daytime event.
So far I have come up with trying to relax I have to take Ativan and my extra Seroquel and I have on board just for times like this. The trouble is that won't make me sleepy nor will my Tramadol.
it's past 7 a.m. now and I'm going to try to set my alarm and get up at 4 p.m. The problem with this is that just not enough sleep for me and no matter what when I don't get enough sleep I do end up napping I just can't stay awake.
I could really use some suggestions in this area. Thanks!
Today I feel like I cant face the day, I'd give anything to be elsewhere. There is nothing particularly happening, but, today I woke up feeling like I just cant cope with anything. I know I am stuck inside, my disabled daughter is home, and a couple of days ago had a bad seizure which is affecting her legs. Anyway when she is out, she is in a wheelchair. At home she uses a zimmer frame. ...
Weigh day tomorrow, today I intend to do my work out, and also a relaxation tape, nothing much else planned. Things can change though.
