I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. In the long run, be aware that your boss has to work with you to the extent of the law which is he can't discriminate against you for having a mental illness (E.O.E.) but you can't expect him to make exceptions for you tho. If you are disruptive to the business, tardy or absent without calling in, you can expect the same treatment as anyone else. Act just like everyone else while on the job.
Find time out side of work to talk to your state employment office to find out about job placement to make sure your job path is in the right direction for you and your needs.
Good Luck!
