I need some advice. my neighbors little girl is about a year older than mine and I like to be able to take them places but the little girl is always dressed like she is homeless and her clothes are really dirty, it was cold out today and she has slip on shoes that are dirty with holes and no socks. I buy her things all the time but I dont want her parents to take offense. Do you think it would be ok if I at least bought her some shoes? she said she really wants some and I feel terrible. I would like to be able to take her places when we go but feel terrible asking her to change clothes because she may not have any others, i am not sure. what should I do, its the only child in the neighborhood that is close by and close to my daughters age.
