Well I had several bad months of ups and downs. Today makes 7 days in a row of feeling good. I didn't have any med changes either. What i did was try to manage stress better and try to put a positive spin on things that where normally bad. I just wanted to let you all know what has been working for me lately. Ex: kids left to go by the X, so I look at it now as a couple days to get ready for them for the next time they are over. Ex: Stress - I just let about every other stresser go and say fuck it!
