My ex does security work in the Congo for a British company. He is basicially there to protect the interests of the company he is working for in a war-torn country. He now wants to take her there for 11 months and there is a travel advisory telling Canadians to stay out of the country because of the dangers involved. They would live in a compound. I fail to see the educational value of such an experience (that is what he is pushing) I am worried about her safety. We might have to go to court over this. I need your prayers so that he will leave things the way that they are and keep her in Canada where she is safe.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Have you thought about printing out the recent travel advisory and showing it to him and ask why the heck after reading that he still thinks it is a good idea?
Haples I am stable and I have proof from my doctor that I am stable but that didn't hold any weight when I was in court the last time. The judge ruled that my ex should have custody because I have a mental illness. The legal system is still biased and stigmatizes the illness wherever possible. I am worried that once again my pdoc's reccomendation would fall on deaf ears.
I know what you mean with regards to mental illness. It sucks!!!
