I can sit alone on the train for hours (I have a long commute) with just a cup of coffee and my brain. Weird things happen: scenes of the past, comical happenings regarding people that annoy the shit out of me, picturing myself mastering the universe. One of the positives of BP, I suspect. How does YOUR brain ENTERTAIN you???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I guess I'm just sick then. haha

exactly. the advantage of the bp brain is often tangential or web thinking. one idea sparking the next. that creative edge. wish we could switch the evil voices that try to manipulate our minds into the creative ones at will.
It's Sod's Law though.
If you tell someone " It'll be okay with time " it IS true......but NOT so too.
