One thing that really helps me is I am a music lover; so much so that music effects my moods. I burn CDs and mark them with moods on them. Calming music for when I am spiraling up an Chalka Kahn type songs for when I'm feeling down. I have music thta will take my memories to a nicer time and ones that make me ball my eyes out. (I play them when I'm manic)I even used to go to my car on breaks to pop in a CD and zone into shape.
