Why is it that we have to always go forwards. I would like to go back to the beginning of time and sort out who created this mess we are all enduring. I would like to go back and correct all of my mistakes. Why go forward when we are not any further on? People always say "move on", why move on if you are not ready? It's like giving a blind person a ferrari.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
For many in Bipolar..the whole idea of time goes out the window.
It's like a year is a day yet it's a thousand years but only in retrospect.
It's all semantic antics. Is taking a breath a move forward? I've tried walking backwards and it's not efficient. If I turn around and walk back the way I've come am I moving forward in that direction? It's all about survival, isn't it?
As Terry Pratchett says,
"Survival is a matter of practice." So lets keep practicing until we've got it right!
