i am finding it really hard to get myself out of bed in the mornings.
just now it seems that i need at least 12 hours of sleep to be able to function.
my pdoc put up my seroquel up to 600mgs im just wondering if they might be the reason.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I just sleep alot now because I have been really depressed.
I can see why you are groggy in the morning!
No wonder you find it difficult to get outta bed on that dose.
Can I ask why you are on such a high dose?
