my dh spends money like it is burning a hole in his pocket. he was raised on food stamps and government cheese so when we have some extra cash or credit he is more than willing to spend. we got our tax check and last week we spent $1700 on sofas and now he wants to get a laptop because i mentioned it would be nice to have one so i would have something to do out at the barn. they have a program at his work where you can buy a computer with their requirements and they reimburse you in a week or two then take payments out of your check for 3 yrs, so it would be about $15/check for 3 yrs. he has a credit card specifically for the horse that we just paid off and he wants to use it to buy the laptop and pay it off when we get the check. i said lets wait and see if i get my SSDI, but from what i understand i wouldn't get payment for 3 months after the approval. i am in a quandry because i want the damn thing and don't want to wait. i guess i just want your thoughts on this matter. sorry this is a long post but mine are always long.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
