i missed a dose of lamictal last night and it is already this morning (when I would take the other one). What should i do? thanks.

wow that's a good one...I am taking effexor and sometimes I am don't take it at a regular time...seeing how it has to build up in your body, I start feeling the effects if I don't take it for a couple of days...I would just go with your morning dose....there is probably enough in your system so missing a dose will not kill you...

call your pdoc only they can tell you what you should do

my advice would be to take this mornings dose as usual

take ur normal dose in the morning, normal dose at nite, rinse and repeat.

i would'nt double up hun..i quite often miss my evening meds and i never double them

i did the same thing two days ago. now im all messed up but ive done it before. i get back to normal in a couple of days.

I'm back with info.....take as soon as you remember UNLESS it is almost time for your next dose. If it is skip dose you missed and DO NOT take double dose.

sure....I have questions about my meds often and am thankful for all the information I get. These meds we're on can cause lots of havoc in our lives already without making dosing mistakes...anytime friend. oxoxoxoxox

just take you next scheduled dose and dont' worry about. don't double dose.

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
