Just want to send a general message out there to the BP universe/ group here that things can get better and there may be more out there for you than you know.
You may also have more strength within you than you know.
I'm writing this because many times I've thought I had no future, that I had burned all my bridges and screwed myself over and that I might as well end it all. Yet, after much work, as well as good luck and support and connecting with the right people, I'm doing great and didn't expect this.
So I just want to send that message out there to those of you that feel like you or your situation maybe hopeless that you never know. Don't write yourself off too quickly and don't give up.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
