Does anyone have memory problems? I forget to turn the burners off when I cook, I loose my keys, shoes and purse regularly. I forget to turn off the water outside when I water my animals and I'll leave it on, then I'll see the puddles or hear the pump and realize I've left it on again. Is this normal? My pdoc says its from the meds? I had some abuse in the 80's and had closed head injuries with the abuse on 2 occassions, could I have MBI? or is this bipolar stuff? Its' really frustrating, It seems like I just always forget things, and its intermittent like a short . Any suggestions or comments?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The worst is Adderall and weed. I fucking leave the house and have to go back in 5 times for shit. Even without the weed, the Adderall just fucks with me. Maybe I should switch to Straterra.
today I was on my way somewhere and totally blanked out, could not remmber which way to go (right in the neighborhood), I had to pull over and THINK about it. Scary
I have the same problems, and the same possible reasons why.
If you don't want to go through all the tests that may or may not be able to pin-point the source of your memory loss, try finding ways to help you remember.
It is normal, if you have experienced the things you described. It would not be normal, if you had no explainable reason for your memory loss. Then you would have to assume it is from some kind of brain dysfunction, which again, may or may not be identifyable with testing, like MRI.
