I have noticed that in the past month or two that I am losing my memory. Literally, I lose things easily, forget what I was talking about right in the middle of the discussion. Glad my heads attched! Could it be from the meds? Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Other times I forget whole years.
I walk into a room and have no idea what it was I came in to get.
Yeah, memory loss is a common side-effect for me. I wake up the next day with a clean slate. Like... what the hell did I do, yesterday? Sometimes, I can regain a portion of it... but, I really have to think about it.
Alot of times... I get "hugs" from people 'cuz they liked my comments... and I can't remember what the hell they're talking about! Yes, Been there. Done that! This message will self-destruct in 10 seconds!

"Conclusions: These data suggest that patients with BD have a deficit in their ability to monitor the contents of WM. This deficit is not an epiphenomenon of mood, but may be due to enduring brain dysfunction, integral to bipolar illness."
