I just turned my brain into mush by taking some oxycodone and drink a few cans of beer. It seems to be doing the trick. Obviously it hasnt made me happy but I have been subdued to a zombie state. I feel too tired at this point to damage or destroy myself. At least I have slowed the process down a bit.

it is a bad action for a bad idea. I think that it was my only real option.

I skipped my meds today so I wouldn't have to sleep, bad idea

yeah this can be a hard illness to combat. I used to self medicate for years. Now I am in a 12 step program and it is really working. I feel for you just do the best you can but talk to your doctor about this maybe he can adjust your meds.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
