I have just been diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder about a two months ago. I had a horrible panic attack (which I have suffered for years) in August 2007 and have basically been in a depressive state since then. I just wanted to know of other peoples experiences. I am tired of taking different medications. I have tried every anti-depressant in the world and they have recently put me on Lamictal. My anxiety is so bad that I take 4 mg of Xanax through out the day because nothing else has worked for that either, I built up a tolerance with Klonopin and I have already built up a tolerance for Xanax which they just upped the dosage last week because of it and we are talking about just a month I have become resistant. I just needed to know that I am not the only one that struggles with this. I don't feel like I am progressing any. I go to the bookstore and get everything I can to try and be proactive and learning about mood disorders. I am just so frustrating, I seem to be going downhill. Thank you in advance for your support and advice.
