i have a medical question. This is first difficult to go into because you all are gonna think i am a lost cause. January 13 i took my first and most life thretening overdose. there have been 5 others since but slowly i am getting better. since all this i have difficulty swallowing. sometimes even just to wet my mouth. what have i done to myself...is this bad?

Sounds like swollowing is TRIGGERING a physical reaction to your pasr actions.Talk to your Pdoc..it's probably anxiety

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
