This is my first manic episode since I was diagnosed as bipolar. That means that this time I can recognize it for what it is. Knowing that I'm manic... what am I supposed to do? Knowing why I'm feeling this way doesn't stop me from wanting to clean the house from top to bottom and thousands of other things that I suddenly feel needs to get done. I'm trying to take it easy but I can barely sit still. How do you handle being manic?
