This has been happening to me lately and I wondered if it was common... Sometimes I will get attached to a thought, and before I know it, it is not just a thought, it is a tsunami, a forest fire, a bunch of screaming banshees in my head howling and wailing... Out of control, totally. I have learned my lesson about manic rage and so I know better than to let loose on the person who "started" it, but sometimes I have to write it out, and that just makes it WORSE... I suppose these are the racing thoughts...
But sometimes the right person can defuse the bomb, with, like, just a WORD. Oh! Ok, all better now.
I'm wondering if this is not BP at all but perhaps an OCD thing?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
