the question that I have is when I am manic I have very high anxiety and loose any type of common sense I would normally have. I tend to just do things with no control whats so ever. My question is the next day or several days later depending on how long it last, it seems that I can't remeber doing them or loose track of when it happened even if it was the day before. Is this something that is normal?

I don't know about normal but I'm sure it's not uncommon. I've often told people I don't remember what I did while manic but of course I did remember.

I would say that is it totally normal. My doctor asks me all the time do I remember my manias and what I did or said. There's only been once I didn't remember some things I did or said when I was manic and that was when I was hospitalized. It's very scary too. I'm just the opposite. I can't remember during or right after the mania, but a few days later, I can. Then I TOTALLY forget. Hope that helped ya some.

How do you know you had one and how do you know what you did during it

I have before. Very little bits here and there. Does anyone find when they are manic they tell little lies more? Or in general with BP do you think it brings on more lies. My lies typically don't hurt others and are silly. HOw bout you guys?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
