Ok so i am comeing up onto some hard times and im STRESSING OUT..Whenever i start to panic about important things i fold.I get extreamly anxious for afew days (which i am now)And then i get to totallly manic.And not the good manic ..the bad kind .I need to ask if anyone can also feel the mania starting and ..do you think its possible to change the swing ..I hope you guys understand what im writing ..im really messed up in the head tonight ..im ok ..just scattered and very confused.Please let me know if i can do this
