My manic episodes normally consist of rages with little basis in reality. I have had two of these in the last two days and I still feel mad about both. I'm on Lithium *and* Lamictal. I'm thinking of calling my doctor. I'm not sure I should go to work tomorrow. The latest object of my rage was a coworker. Fortunately, all I did was send a not-so-nice email before I decided it would be better if I just left. Has anyone had "breakthrough" mania that just went away or do I need to stop this train before it gets out of control?
