Has anyone else encountered the 2-year limit for mental illness on group LTD policies offered through employers? Most policies have this, and they include BP as a mental illness, rather than a physical illness. Lawsuits and state/federal legislation have forced parity for mental illness with "physical illness" on health care policies, but disability insurance is still in the dark ages.
