I haven't done much posting about it here but I've really been struggling in the past 3 months. I wanted to share a couple of little ups I've had.
1) Haven't thought longingly of death in 3 or 4 days.
2) New Tdoc seems really good. Extended a session with PEOPLE waiting and saw me again the next day.
3) Shower 3 days in a row. Teeth too!
4) Went out of the house ALONE twice without a panic attack.
5) Stayed overnight by myself without crying.
Yeah!!

My husband dropped a bomb last week and told me he is transgender. Being pretty liberal, I accepted it and went clothes shopping with him. He was very happy and I was glad he could finally find true happiness. Now my problem is how do I relate to him as a husband while seeing a woman sitting next to me. I can't find anything on the internet about relationships with transgenders. Or what to expect...
