I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
So it's best to check with the doc and ask him to fully inform you of these.
Don't be too scared either.
Some weird stuff happened to me but it goes away.
I have been experiencing the pain you speak of. I was on 600mg. of Lithium and recently went up to 900mg. Besides that, it's caused more mixed episodes, so coming back down to 600 and going on Abilify.
Can you call Pdoc? I know it's tough to know what is something that will subside after a few weeks or what will continue. Keep asking questions and talk to pharmacist or Pdoc.
Good luck friend - I know that pain is scary! XOXO
