I need to know what your experiences are with Lithium. I started exercising about 2 weeks ago and was put on the Lith 2 days ago. What do I need to not take or do while taking it? I've read about staying hydrated. What happens if I don't? And can I not have coffee???? Why is that? I'd like to get advice from anyone who's taken it or knows someone who has. Thanks for your input! I love this site!
