My nurse wants me to try Lithium....I am nervous about it and told her i would rather not. I go in tomorrow to see her at 3 I don't know if i will even have time to check this but has anyone had experience with lithium or any other meds that have worked for them...and which ones should I avoid...I tried seroquil...even the beginning dose made me like a zombie and fogged my mind quit it after like 4 days. Thanks!
