A storm is hitting Seattle right now. It is raining and the wind is blowing and we've even had some snow. Auntie Em, Auntie Em!!! (from airplane). The sky is falling!
The news is going all out, folks standing in rain, wind and snow. Man, the way they are playing this up, you'd think aliens were landing or the Russians were invading or something!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Took some moonlit walks in the snow before I left home. What I'm doing in a city again...
This rain is the thick cold humid rain that just get's into your skin. A 68 degree house feels like it's 40 degrees inside.
All my cats are near heater vents or parts of the computer to stay warm.
I live in Virginia but in the mountains, we get some horrible snow sometimes, and, yes, I hate winter, but really only because I get depressed with the quality of the light. I prefer cooler weather. I work outside so it's more comfortable. I have to admit I do not love 5 am in a field doing up snaps on a horse blanket when it's dark and 12 degrees and the water troughs are frozen. Nor do I like riding in the freezing rain. BUT! It's ALMOST better than 98 degrees and humid.
It is a miniseries.
Our whole backyard was flooded and we almost had to leave! Don't play it down brother! It's bad down in Southwestern WA!
