Didn't we ust have a problem last month with someone starting crap on here? Maybe JUZME is the same person? Lets move on and support eachother instead of worrying about an obvious LOSER!!!!
I love each and everyone of you here and I so appreciate the advice and support I recieve and hope that I have helped some of you. We all have other more important issues to worry about other than JUZME. Let's ignore all posts she puts on here and forget about it....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

She doesn't sound like she's doing very well right now. I'm not saying don't reach out to her. But, no one is going to get through to her to change her mind. She's pretty determined that she is correct and everyone else is brainwashed. If you bring up BP grandiosity, it will just get thrown back at you with an insult.
So, do what you think you need to do for her, but ignoring her angry outbursts are what disarms her quicker than anything else. Even when you reach out to her while she's angry, she's likely to turn it back on you.
