i recently moved to minnesota and just before i moved, i went off my bipolar/depression meds. i'm really depressed and crying constantly. my partner and family aren't much support because they don't understand the illness. it's ridiculously hard to get out of bed in the morning and drag myself to my fabulous (not being sarcastic) job. i went to a DBSA group last night which was slightly helpful and i also called my EAP through work and got a referral for 3 counseling sessions. i also made an appointment to see my new regular doctor to hopefully prescribe some meds until i can get in to see a psychiatrist. i guess i'm really just searching for people who understand and support me. are you out there?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
