I started smokeing parliments when I was 12 ..at 14 I started smokeing pot . By the time I was 16 I was constanly smokeing something. When I was 18 my step father got lung cancer and had to watch him in pain with tubes comeing out of his chest draining blood and fluid for monthes. He continued to smoke for 2 years. He was diagnosed with Lung cancer again. They removed the whole lung this time. He has been on oxygen for years now. Then 2 years ago my grandmother who never smoked passed from L cancer and the way that she just couldent breath or talk dureing her last day made me suicidal. The week after she died I spent 6 days in Phsyc. It took me untill my grandmother died to stop smokeing , but from what Ive heard it takes up to 5 years for your lungs to clean out. I still cough up black from the years of abuse. My doctor campared smokeing a pack a day to eating a steak everyday ..your killing your heart. I am not one to talk ..I just pray that no one has to go thru what I did, watching family memebers suffer so much. I am and always will be an addict , but If I cand quit the ciggies anyone can ..:)

I know we don't do Political on this Board...But damn it feels good to know we have a Sane Man in the Presidency and an intelligent Woman in the Vice Presidency, ready to uphold America's Democracy and actually "Lead", not turn it into a Dictatorship or worry about who's in control of the codes that command our Nuclear Missiles! I personally breathed a very, very big sigh of relief today and am...
