I am in the midst of seeking help for myself and I was wondering if it's a good idea to start writing down how I'm feeling on a regular basis, you know like start a mood journal. I tried starting this a while back, but only lasted a day. So when I find help, I have something to show them what I go through, so they have a better idea of where to start. Did anybody keep journals or show doctors evidence of any kind, pictures, anything. Did they ask for it, or did you just show it, or does just going in there and telling them I have some concerns enough? I am trying to make sure that I get the best help I can, and they get the best out of me, so they know how to deal with me, soo nervous tho
