I have worked for 30 yrs. 17 yrs. as a registered nurse. I have been fired about 5X because I lose my temper when I become stressed out or am just unable to keep up with the work. I am now on disability and hate it. I want to work but don't think I can work as a nurse any longer. I am trying to work on my anger(temper). My therapist suggested I look into other types of jobs. I am 51 yrs. old and don't think I can take going back to school for more then maybe a year. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and how they have dealt with it. Any low stress jobs out there?
