I'm irritable. So irritable, that at least 200 times a day I have to fight the urge to tear something up. If I trip over some rug or something I want to cut it up into a million pieces. If I bump into my desk, I want to kick it as hard as I can. The constant phone ringing and chatter of my co-workers makes me want to hit them in the head with those cans of ozone that people use to clean their keyboards with. I just want to be able to concentrate on my work and not have these things bother me to the point that they do...does this happen to anyone else? If so, have you ever found a medication that works to taper some of those emotions?! I swear, if my friend that I work with slams her damn phone down one more time,...I'm seriously already fighting the urge to walk over there, pick up the receiver and smack her upside the head with it! This is not normal!
