Was just curious how many of you self-monitor your illness without the aid of medication? I understand how much medication can and does help with bi-polar, however I was on Lithium for 4 years and now I have been off all medication for a year and a half. I have my ups n downs-as does everyone but was just wondering if neone here is in a similiar position to me? And wat are your coping stratagies? xx
