I ask my fellow bipolar sufferers is this site really so beneficial? How many of you have spent hours on this site chatting, sending messages, sending hugs, only to look up at the clock and realize that you have spent the whole day on here? I have...many times. How many of you have ever felt overwhelmed by all the problems people have? Have felt like life involves one difficulty after another? I have! How many of you spend large amounts of your time and energy on here when you should probably be spending it on reintegrating yourself with society? I have. This site can be good, can be useful when used in moderation. I wonder how many of you life your life through daily strength, treat it as your mani social avenue? I have and still do at times. I know all your pain and I guess that if the choice comes down to suicide or daily strength then daily strength is the right choice obviously. Just try not to forget that your ultimate goal should be to get healthy and be active in your community and not to spend countless hours on this site as your time and energy dwindles away. Take care!

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
