like diabetes you find out you have it through blood testing. But with mental disorders like bipolar in which my case is bipolar II...how do you or "they" know its a real disorder. Psych doctors go by your past history of symptoms but there is really no physical evidence...or is there? Someone please help me believe what is happening to me is not because im a weak person! I go back and forth and back again.......Need help. Im going to take my meds this time but id would be very helpful if someone could truly convince me. thanks gecko
