For the past couple days, I have been typing in my journal chapter 5 from a book written by Joyce Meyer, MANAGING YOUR EMOTIONS. The chapter is entitled Mood Swings and I think it has some good recovery tools in it. WARNING - This is a Christian based book, so if that is not your thing, please be respectful and not comment negatively, as I have been respectful to the non-believers in not posting it on the board. You are welcome to read it however. Much of waht she has written here are things that I try to live by. I am also learning more each day.
