I noticed that when I was in manic states, I was extremely extroverted and made friends easily. Since I've been on meds that control my mania, not completely, but for the most part, I've noticed that I have become quite introverted.
I was wondering how many here consider themselves introverts or extroverts. And in particular, what role do you feel your BP plays in your intro/extroversion?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I don't think BP has played any role in it.

So i try to smile a lot here ... :-))) and laugh , lol, LMFAO..., etc.
Now I scarcely leave my house (except for doc appointments), I don't talk to any of my friends really, and I'm too paranoid to go out and party (ie: afraid it's mania and I'll end up doing something really stupid and regret it)
