I have supplied them with a letter from p-doc documenting my DX with a brief discription stating that I may need some 'accommodations' (ie - unpaid leave). Since they cannot discriminate against me because I have this disorder, and have to provide reasonable accomodations by law when I am in an episode, they have suggested intermittent FMLA. Has anyone done this? How does it work?
