Depression is usually my problem, however, I am going thru the worst cycle of mania induced insomnia I've ever experienced. Racing thoughts and horrible sleeplessness. I haven't sleep at ALL for 2 solid weeks! The sleep deprivation has caused me to hallucinate and become disoriented to the point that I can't drive. My goal is to eventually have my brain chemistry balanced to the point of being back on Prozac only.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Is there a website that talks about the eye movement thing. I would be interested in reading more about it.
"Integral Eyemovement Therapy" and got a lot of information. The "Glo To Sleep" mask sounds promising. I asked my Psychiatrist about it and he said it seemed valid since the same kinds of eye movements are successfully used to promote hypnosis and meditation.
